Legal
Terms of Use
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Applies to forwardlinecapital.com
By using forwardlinecapital.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is informational. It describes financing products that Forwardline Capital ("Forwardline," "we," "us") can arrange and lets you submit a funding inquiry. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer or commitment to lend.
2. Broker status
Forwardline Capital is not a lender. Financing is arranged through a network of third-party funding partners. All products, amounts, rates, and terms are subject to application, qualification, and underwriting review by those partners. Not all applicants will qualify. Product amounts and timelines shown on the Site are typical ranges, not guarantees for any particular applicant.
3. No offer or commitment
Submitting an application through the Site starts a conversation; it does not create any obligation on you to accept financing, or on Forwardline or any funding partner to provide it. Any actual financing is governed solely by the written agreement between you and the funding partner that extends it — read that agreement, not this website, for the binding terms.
4. Accuracy of your submissions
You agree that information you submit through the Site is truthful and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named. Submitting another person's information without authority is prohibited.
5. Permitted use
You may not use the Site to transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, graphics, and logo belong to Forwardline Capital. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep its contents current and accurate, but we make no warranty — express or implied — about completeness, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forwardline Capital and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, nor for decisions you make based on its contents. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
9. Third-party terms
Funding partners operate under their own terms and privacy practices. When you accept an offer, that partner's agreement governs the financing, including its rates, fees, and repayment terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
